OMNIWave® 90-Day Return & Refund Policy

At OMNIWave, we stand behind our technology and want every provider to succeed. This guarantee exists to ensure peace of mind while you implement OMNIWave into your practice. It is very important that providers make a strong, good faith effort—attending training, offering treatments, and doing everything possible to integrate OMNIWave—
before considering a return. Return requests will be reviewed for qualification based on the below criteria. Individual results may vary.
You may return any OMNIWave device within ninety (90) days from the date of device delivery (“Return Period”).

To qualify, you must:
  • Submit Notice: Provide written notice of your intent to return at least 14 days prior to the end of the Return Period by contacting us at [email protected]. Requests after this deadline will not be accepted.
  • Complete Training & Onboarding (Both Purchaser & Clinician):
    • Attend the mandatory virtual unboxing and onboarding sessions within 14 days of delivery.
    • The licensed clinician completing the full online clinical training course in our Skool platform within two (2) weeks of delivery.
    • Attend Success Bootcamp: Both the purchaser and the licensed clinician who will perform treatments must attend and complete an in-person OMNIWave Success Bootcamp within forty-five (45) calendar days after device delivery to qualify for the 90-day guarantee.
    • Successfully complete onboarding with an OMNIWave account manager, including all required cadence calls for the 90-day launch timeline.
  • Make a Good Faith Effort : A good-faith effort includes:
    • Marketing. Actively implementing the recommended business and marketing strategies — including launching an email reactivation campaign, offering demos at live events and/or running a Facebook marketing campaign within forty-five (45) days of launch, actively marketing the services on your website(s) and other channels, and offering treatment plans for sale to your patients — unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • Clinical use. Actively using the device and offering for sale patient treatments to at least ten (10) different patients and a minimum of 50,000 pulses during the 90-day period, as verified by device usage data.

Other Terms
Notwithstanding any other provision of this policy, your right to return the device and receive a refund is immediately and forever waived, forfeited, and terminated upon any significant change in the ownership, structure, or operation of your practice that limits or prevents continued active use of the device — including ceasing to conduct business, closing, selling, or transferring your practice, loss of key personnel, loss of your lease or premises, relocation, or any other business change. Upon any such event, any pending return request is automatically void, and any device in transit to us will be returned to you at your expense.
The Return Period and the requirements of this policy may not be waived, extended, or otherwise modified except by a written instrument that expressly references this Return Policy and is signed by an authorized executive officer of OMNIWave.  Any damage, misuse, or use by a non-certified OMNIWave clinician voids eligibility.

Refund Process
The device must be returned in good, like-new condition, less normal wear, with all original accessories, used and unused consumables, documentation, and packaging. All return shipping costs and shipping insurance are the provider’s responsibility. Any damage, misuse, off-label use, or use by untrained or uncertified personnel voids eligibility. Upon verified return, you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the device listed on your purchase order within 30 days of device receipt. In no event will the total refund exceed the purchase price of the device as listed on your purchase order. If the device was financed, OMNIWave will coordinate with your financing partner toward resolution of the outstanding balance; any refund will first be applied to extinguish the financed balance, with any surplus paid to the provider within 30 days.
